UK Sales Manager
Based out of South East London, SE1 Salary £25k Basic. OTE £38k Position: Permanent
We are looking for a Sales Manager with strong track record in the leisure (high end gym equipment / furniture) and B2B sectors. You must be highly self-motivated with an intense desire to exceed all targets. We are seeking someone with strong skills in responding to inbound enquiries as well as lead generation and an ability to close the business. You must be a good communicator on the phone as well as comfortable presenting to senior management.
Specific tasks include:
• Hit agreed monthly sales and client satisfaction targets.
• Respond to strong and tentative sales enquiries turning them into business.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline by proactively generating leads with target companies at senior manager / director level.
• Gain an in-depth knowledge of our product, services and the science behind napping.
• Take ownership of accounts and build that client relationship, via reporting and liaising face to face with your clients.
• Cross-sell a range of our services to new and existing customers.
Description: We are looking for someone with the following qualifications and experience:
Relevant Experience:
• A degree or similar qualification would be desirable but not critical.
• A proven track record of exceeding targets and business development with references to back up your achievements.
• Proven track record of achievement in leisure and B2B industries – with experience of selling to decision makers and senior management.
• Proven ability in managing multiple projects / leads. It is important that our Sales Manager is able to build and develop strong client relationships, through exceeding client expectations.
Required Skills
• Self motivated, goal orientated, and enjoy working in a small team.
• Strong sales and communication skills both on the phone and in writing.
• Fluent in English
• Outstanding time, resource and process management skills.
